Whispers of Wellness offers a variety of Yoga styles including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative. Our Matwork Pilates class focuses on celebrating what the body can do instead of punishing it. We work to strengthen and protect the back, hips, knees and wrists to support the body through all the stages of our lives. All classes can be modified to suit people of all ability and experience levels. Bookings are required.
