Welcome to The Retreat Yoga Studio. A beautiful sanctuary, lovingly created by transforming an old industrial building in leafy Camberwell. Through our yellow doors you’ll find a relaxing and calming environment filled with special touches throughout. From the divine oak boards, hand made encaustic tiles and natural sisal on our floors to the soft natural linen sheers, abundant light, bespoke oak furniture, quality yoga mats and beautiful organic yoga props. This truly is your sanctuary.
At The Retreat we practice Vinyasa, Yin, Restore and Meditation. Our class timetable includes a variety of classes to suit all ages and abilities. To create union between body and mind we focus on breath and safe alignment through practicing the 8 limbs of yoga. Our fabulous team of teachers are the heart of the studio. Enthusiastic, knowledgeable, encouraging and approachable, they will guide and support you in your yoga and meditation practice. Their role is to help you on your own yoga journey, where you too can experience the endless benefits that yoga offers both the body and mind.
