Providore Café, Lake Gardens is a small café run by a small team of Ballarat locals with plenty of dedication to giving back to the community. Providore Café, Lake Gardens was the brain child of Sharon and Neville Monson who decided to open a boutique style café in Ballarat without the boutique price tag. After many long and tireless months of planning/consultation, finding the perfect spot and renovating the existing site, Providore Café, Lake Gardens was officially opened on the 1st of September 2014. The popularity of Providore Café, Lake Gardens has been so marvellous that Sharon and her team of wonderful, bubbly staff decided to step up their game and move into A bit about the owners: Sharon and Neville Their dedication of giving back to the community has taken many forms over the years from Sharon being a Childcare Educator to Volunteer for St John Ambulance Australia VIC We would like to thank all of our customers and friends for their continued support and love.
