Bruce and Helen were Iyengar Yoga teachers at Springwood Yoga Studio in the Blue Mountains. When we decided to start our own studio, we moved to Penrith, in Sydney’s Western Suburbs. At the time, there was no Iyengar Yoga between Sydney’s Inner Western suburbs and the Blue Mountains. We are committed to offering Iyengar Yoga in the Western plains of Sydney and we are thrilled to have Kathryn join us.
