Just Yoga Classes
Our Just Yoga classes are a blend of Hatha , Vinyasa Flow and Restorative Yoga. Suitable for beginners and intermediate levels
Floor Yoga Classes
In this class we use support props for many of the poses, so you can truly relax into the pose with ease, releasing the grip of muscular tension and to help you rest in alignment that takes the stress off the body and mind and allowing the bones to relate to each other in a way that conveys safety. All poses are floor related.
